You're buying a unique 50 × 50 m location in the sky above a specific location on Earth, determined from your chosen GPS coordinates — we create a symbolic entry in the Blue From Sky Registry for it, together with a personal digital certificate. We'll never sell that exact registry location again. It's a symbolic, gift-style product — it's not real legal ownership of land or airspace, but a unique and memorable way to dedicate a specific place in the sky to someone (or to yourself).

On the homepage, click anywhere on the map, or enter coordinates manually. The system immediately checks whether that spot is still available, and once you confirm your order, the spot is reserved exclusively for you — nobody else can buy that same point.

No. Each spot can only be bought once. As soon as you complete your order, that spot is immediately and permanently marked as taken — nobody else, including us, can buy or reassign it.

Every coordinate you pick is snapped to a small, fixed-size location on our map before it's reserved, so tiny differences in decimal places don't create dozens of overlapping claims for the same spot. Once that exact location is registered, it's marked as taken permanently. A neighbouring location a short distance away, however, is a separate, independently available spot — so if a very specific place matters to you, we'd recommend registering it as soon as you can.

The certificate is a personalized PDF document with the exact coordinates of your spot, the purchase date, an optional dedication for the recipient, and two QR codes — one takes you straight to the marked location on the map, the other lets you independently verify the certificate's authenticity.

Yes. You can choose the certificate's language independently of the language you're browsing the site in — so you can gift the certificate in the recipient's own language.

No — it's a symbolic gift product, not a legally binding claim to airspace or real estate. That's exactly the point: an original and personal way to dedicate a specific place to someone, not a real legal title.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe, one of the world's largest payment providers — we accept standard payment cards. Your full card details are securely processed by Stripe and are not stored by Blue From Sky.

The certificate is digital content that we deliver to you immediately after payment, at your explicit request. Before placing your order, you confirm that you agree to this immediate delivery and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose your statutory right to withdraw from the contract. If you haven't completed your order yet, or something went wrong with the payment, reach out to us via the contact form and we'll be happy to sort it out with you individually.

The certificate is ready to download immediately after successful payment, right in your account.

Yes, an account is needed so we can securely link your certificate to you and make it available to download at any time. Signing up only takes a moment, and you can also do it with your Google or Facebook account.

You can request account deletion at any time from your account settings. You can still cancel the request within 24 hours; after that period, we anonymize the data we no longer need. Data we must retain for legal, accounting, or tax reasons (for example, data on already-issued invoices) will be kept for the period required by law.

Alongside the PDF certificate, we create an independently verifiable digital record on a public blockchain for every spot sold. It serves as extra proof of uniqueness and authenticity — you can verify it anytime by scanning the QR code on your certificate or visiting the verification page directly.
